On facebook, I made my status about how rape jokes aren’t funny and since then, I’ve had an ex boyfriend, my brother and some kid I went to middle school with, tell me basically that I need to lighten up. Then middle school kid proceeded to tell me that he was molested as a child and how I’m making victims not want to cope because I frown upon the jokes. I love how they all keep saying basically that I have no life experience and that when I’m older, I’ll see the humor in it.
Right. Because I know nothing about it, right?
